Pepe asked:

I recently started playing chess again after stopping in 5th grade (now in 9th) and after the brief rusty period am doing pretty good now.

I think I am almost ready for my first tournament,I just need a bit more practice in endgame, but I have on question I am afraid to ask.

If you do a certain string of moves is that automaticly an opening or does your opponent have to do a certain set of moves to for it to be the opeing.

Like in this video

is that still the "Two night opening if black does soemthing diffrent?

And in the notation is the person doing the opening the white or black?
